The Module 4 timeline worksheet exposed a two-week credit overlap I had never charted. Office hours were useful; the cohort chat went quiet in week six.

German Bonus & Commission Dispute Review
A structured path for employment consultations in Germany when variable pay is contested — from clause marks to an advisor-ready brief.
Who it is for
Sales, success, and operations professionals who suspect a bonus or commission underpayment and want to organize facts before speaking with counsel or an employment consultant.
Learning outcomes
- Annotate targets, discretion, and timing language in sample German-style plan documents
- Build an exhibit index that a third party can open cold
- Reconstruct a commission calendar from imperfect source files
- Draft a one-page briefing note that separates facts from interpretations
- List open questions honestly instead of forcing a premature conclusion
Curriculum
Seven modules
Expect roughly three to five hours per module including drills.
-
Intake & document inventory
Map what you hold — contracts, plan PDFs, payslips, CRM exports — and what is still missing.
-
Clause marking lab
Practice highlighting targets, pro-rata rules, discretion, and clawbacks without writing advocacy yet.
-
Clawback & leaver scenarios
Walk through sample departures and repayment clauses; note where oral promises diverge from text.
-
Commission timeline reconstruction
Rebuild month-by-month credit using the timeline worksheet and gap log.
-
Evidence map & exhibit index
Label files so a consultant can jump from claim to source in one click.
-
Briefing note workshop
Write and peer-review a one-page handoff that keeps tone factual.
-
Consultation rehearsal
Practice the first ten minutes of an advisor call with a question script and stop-list for speculation.

FAQ
Practical limits and logistics
Does this replace an employment lawyer in Germany?
No. The program teaches preparation literacy. Strategy, filings, and representation require a qualified advisor. We will decline to coach you through live litigation tactics.
What if my documents are incomplete?
That is normal. Module 1 produces a missing-items list and polite request templates. Progress does not require a perfect archive on day one.
Is there a real limitation I should know about?
Yes: sample packs emphasize sales commission structures. Purely discretionary annual bonuses in non-sales roles still fit, but you will adapt examples yourself — we do not ship an infinite industry library.
Can my employer see that I enrolled?
We do not notify employers. Keep your own confidentiality practices in mind when uploading personal documents to any tool outside our curriculum files.

Notes tied to this program
Briefing note peer review removed my editorializing. Still needed counsel for next steps — as advertised.
